Ascot Premium Hotel

The staff were amazing and very helpful.

Unfortunately my room was at the back so I could hear the trains but I will request the front room next time, away from the railway tracks.

Świetnie zlokalizowany hotel położony bardzo blisko dworca PKP oraz nieopodal Krakowskiego rynku. Pokoje czyste, bardzo dobrze wyposażone łącznie z zestawem ratunkowym pod postacią igieł i nici co nie jest oczywiste a w moim przypadku okazało się niezbędne. Śniadanie w formie bufetu szwedzkiego, dość zróżnicowane, zawiera dania na ciepło wszystko było smaczne i na bieżąco uzupełniane. Obsługa miła i profesjonalna. Bardzo polecam.

Nie spodziewałem się, że bezpośrednio przy hotelu przebiega trasa kolejowa jednak właściciel bardzo dobrze wywiązał się obowiązku zadbania o ciszę. Budynek musi posiadać bardzo dobrą izolacje akustyczną, przejeżdżające pociągi są praktycznie niesłyszalne. W takim wypadku nie mogę uznać tego za jakiś ogromny minus.

Amazing hotel! Located only around a 10min walk from the main square. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast options are amazing. Room are spacious and clean and also came with a mini fridge! There’s also a water refill station located on each floor!

This was an excellent small hotel and it’s only a 2 minute walk from the Old Town. The hotel itself from the outside is nothing special to look at it but inside it is lovely. The first thing that got us was how cosy and warm it was. The rooms are beautiful. Very modern and spotless. The bar was stocked with everything and the barman was excellent and making cocktails. We paid for breakfast to be included each day and it was the star of the show. The choice and quality each morning was superb. I was taken back by how good their breakfast offering was. Very happy and without doubt this is the hotel i will be staying at the next time we come to Krakow!
