The Hotel receptionist (Mohammed) was very welcoming and helpful, he made sure that everything ran smoothly, had great local knowledge which was very useful and made our stay even better.

Postbox was easy to find and a quick dash into reception brought the receptionist out to the car to let us into the underground car park - easy. We were shown to and around the apartment by a very obliging young lady who also helped carry our luggage! I had booked an apartment with 2 bathrooms, one en suite and was a little surprised to find only one bathroom, although en suite it had 2 doors, one from the bedroom and one from the hall way, not ideal as we were travelling with friends and had an early start in the morning, which meant it would be even earlier if we were all sharing one bathroom. Receptionist must have noticed my surprise and returned 5mins later to say there was another apartment with 2 bathrooms that we could have, but we would have to wait a couple of hours while it was being cleaned - fine by me, so we returned our luggage to the car and hit the shops. When we returned the apartment was difficult to find as the place is like a rabbit warren but once inside we were more than happy. We had an inner court yard view and there was no noise at night. Beds comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed, could have done with a cafetiere though as I had taken real coffee with me, we have always had one in other apartments or even a coffee machine. Very central for the shops and station, would definately stay here again.
