Elegant architecture and pleasant airy spaces in pleasant gardens. Good pool

The beach is very average in front of the hotel and the area of the town it is located in is over developed and tacky. The hotel itself is a pleasant oasis in well kept gardens right on the beach but we had problems with the overall organisation - multiple automated duplicated communications. A policy that 100% of the booking must be paid upfront months before our trip. Very inflexible customer attitudes when a requested change would actually have resulted in more revenue for the hotel. Room not being serviced until late afternoon most days. And we could have done without the live music “enlivening” the bar

"An oasis amongst the vibrant streets and beaches of Phu Quoc"

All staff were welcoming, attentive and friendly. Complimentary extras like sunset drinks were available and made the most of the comfort of the main house. Special mention to the front of house staff and beach staff who looked after us so well.

Very tropical with French colonial influence. Rooms were large with nice sitting areas inside and out.

Some mold on bath tiles, stained tiles on floors, sheets had a damp, sweaty smell.
