Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Lage und der Strand sind Hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind überaus Freundlich und sehr Kompetent. Die Wünsche werden Dir von den Augen abgelesen. Insbesondere der überaus perfekte Check In war Super. Besonders möchte ich dem Guest Manager Herrn Shamir Gubot Espera hervorheben. Er ist Super freundlich und war für alles ansprechbar, und konnte alle Fragen beantworten und sämtliche Wünsche erfüllen. Vielen DANK !!!. Vom Serviceteam möchte ich besonderen Dank an Frau Tuyet Nguyen aussprechen. Ihre sehr freundliche Art und Aufmerksamkeit ist Hervorragend. Eine TOP Mitarbeiterin auf die man als Arbeitgeber stolz sein kann.

This a an exceptional hotel, a real gem at the end of a trip visiting Vietnam and Cambodia. We stayed for six nights and were very sad to leave. The setting, service and food were extremely good and I would highly recommend this hotel.
