Alpine Haus Bed & Breakfast Inn

Owner was very welcoming and cooked 2 wonderful and filling breakfasts during our stay. Felt like a family home. Safe, quaint area. Had a nice run at the nearby park.

My nephew was getting married at Mountain Creek & found the Alpine Haus online with amazing reviews. We’ll our host Anil was amazing! The gourmet breakfast each morning was a treat. Warm banana bread, fresh fruit, yogurt & the most amazing French toast on Sunday morning was soo good. Anything we needed, he was more than happy to help us out. He treated us like family! He even pressed my brother-in-law & husband’s suits for us. We were only 1 minute down the road from mountain creek, but the Alpine Haus is like a little oasis! The beds were so comfortable. We definitely will come back! Thanks Anil!

The house is adorable and the owner very nice and helpful. They might want to consider replacing the worn carpet on the stairs and hiding away some of the junky stuff outside because the upper porch was really lovely. Bed was very comfortable

If you are looking for a place in the area that is cozy and affordable, this is a great find! Anil is an amazing host and treats you like family. He instantly memorizes your name from the time you walk in and is concerned for your every need. I stayed in the Buttercup suite which was a standalone building and a had a gas fireplace and jetted tub, and it was a half the price of anything that Crystal Springs during peak travel season. The breakfast is fabulous and unique. Would absolutely stay here again!

Incredible food, homemade Chai tea, comfortable rooms and beds, quiet, wonderful host/owner. Quaint ski resort town in NJ???; no traffic, charming historical B&B. Great service, check in any time, very nice guests

Could not have asked for more from any B&B. Manager/owner polite, courteous, lives on premises. Upon check-in, was told call anytime an issue. Never an issue. Would definitely return. Porches/decks on every level for those who smoke, or would like a late night breathe of air

I was having a difficult day...until I knocked at the front door at Alpine Haus. It was like providence had led me there. My terrible day turned wonderful the moment I was in Anil's hands. His gift of hospitality, heretofore lauded many times over, is genuine and real. I stayed 2 nights in the cozy, private #1 Primrose Room, downstairs near the back porch. Anil's warmth and philosophy of religion and spirit is strong and reassuring. We need more people like him in this world. I haven't even mentioned his tea and breakfasts!! But those who have been before know all about these.... Do not miss the opportunity to experience Anil's charms. {BTW, I also own a B&B (smaller) and know the challenges/pleasures involved; I loved talking "shop" with a fellow innkeeper and finding new ways to be inspired.}

As soon as we arrived Anil greeted us with such warmth. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and every afternoon he didn't hesitate to make his delicious chai for us. He even sent me home with a container of the spices he uses in his tea so I can make some at home! The breakfast each morning was incredible as well. One morning he made eggs baked in a tomato base with delicious spices, and the next morning we had thick and fluffy french toast. All served with fruit, yogurt, and toast. Anil was always available to help if we had any questions/concerns. I personally felt like I was at home because I am from Punjabi descent, and we spoke back and forth in Hindi/Punjabi, sharing stories of our families. He treated me like a member of his family, as he does with all of his guests. I can't recommend this BandB enough. I will definitely be back!
