Personnel très gentil remerciement a Tania pour sa gentillesse.

Cependant hôtel en travaux pas de personnel a la réception, 15 min pour pouvoir entrer sur le parking , et difficulté pour récupérer ses codes d accès .. De plus la chambre n'était pas climatisée a cause des travaux ce qui n été pas indiqué car sinon nous aurions été dans un autre hôtel au vie de la forte chaleur qui faisait près de 36 degrés.. en d autre mot impossible de dormir je le suis sentie arnaqué car il n' est pas normal que le prix de la chambre soit le même soit 80euros pour une chambre sans climatisation. J ai demandé un remboursement a l établissement pour aller dans un autre hôtel mais celui ci a refusé. Je trouve inacceptable de vendre un produit a des clients sans préciser qu'il n' y a pas de climatisation avec ses fortes chaleurs.

L'accueil

Hotel délabré, en travaux, je déconseille fortement, chambre qui donne sur l'extérieur, non précisé, aucune photo de l'extérieur sur le site. Les photos mensongees, ça ne correspond pas à celle du site.

En rénovation non indiqué lors de la réservation. Pas de clim fonctionnelle, eau qui coule dans les toilettes toutes la nuit ,pas d'oreiller en surplus.

Hotel en chantier . Accés à la chambre déplorable. la rénovation ne correspond pas à un 3 étoile.. Rien de comparable avec le b&b Avignon Nord.. Finition salle de bain .joint paroi de douche vétuste. impression rénovation avec de la récup..d
