Everything was great The breakfast was extraordinary The room was also very nice with cozy beds and we especially enjoyed the hot pot :-)

Größe des Badezimmers war top, nette kleine Terasse mit Blick aufs Lavafeld, genug Platz für alle Koffer😊

Leider hat die Toilettenspülung von 19.00 bis zum morgen nicht funktioniert fast im ganzen Hotel, war nicht so witzig..... Und man hatte vergessen das Zimmer für die dritte Person ( Schlafcouch und Badzubehör) vorzubereiten.

Le stanze sono spaziose e accoglienti, le vasche esterne belle calde. La struttura è molto bella e arredata con gusto. Nelle camere c’erano le macchinette per espresso con le capsule e anche il tè. L’addetto alla reception Gabriel molto gentile e parla anche italiano

Located at the edge of the lava fields and close to the lake with easy access to the surrounding area. Interestingly the only hotel on a 10 day trip that had a human check in receptionist and wasn't accessed by codes and key boxes! Lovely interior design and enormous room (triple) which was beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and bathroom that had a seperate shower and bath area. Buffet breakfast with a good variety of produce (try the lava bread which is delicious) and also serves as a restaurant in the evening. There are hot tubs which are not mentioned on their site.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff excellent.

Lake view…. If you looked out the window to the far side you saw some of the lake, otherwise a road. People in next room would let their door slam which was very load in our room

Location and ambience

Breakfast very basic. Since a lot of travellers come to Europe and Scandinavian country, the hotel industry should adapt to installing comode shower to cater to all types of tourist. Some countries has done that as I have travelled to almost all the European countries twice but there are scope of others to adapt to the customes of tourist from different part of the world.
