Room was very clean but hasn't been updated since banana bags were in fashion. Very old cabinets and bed spreads - but at this price, it fits the bill. Vast underground and outdoor parking facilities. WiFi is horrendously slow, too.
The apartment was a good size with everything you needed. The location was not the best but it did not spoil our time in La Rochelle which is well worth a visit.
Very friendly and attentive staff and the hotel looks good from the outside and reception. Shame the room was a little shabby. The carpet was stained in numerous places and the bathroom was very dated and needed a new bath panel caused by water that drips from the shower curtain. In 2015 all hotels should really have shower screens not curtains. The room was a decent enough size. Will I use this hotel again, probably not
Really overpriced for what you got paid 120 euro for a view of the car park towels and sheets old
Carpet was all cigarette burns complained right away not very interested phoned hotels. Com even less helpful .
Good clean spacious room with comfortable firm bed. In need of minor refurbishment in places as looking a bit tatty in some areas. Free ample parking a big plus. Did not take breakfast as in my opinion too expensive for what was on offer, there is a supermarket within a two minutes walk. For the price paid for 5 nights very happy with the decision to stay there. Almost forgot, only a brisk 10 minute walk to the centre of town so well positioned.
Very nice, all the stuff you need to have a pleasant stay. Close to all the stuff you want to see and the train and bus stations too.
Stayed here before and chose it again because of the secure underground parking, and swimming pool. Rooms are nice too.
Good location only a short walk into the centre of La Rochelle where, on Bastille day there was a music festival and a street market together with many other attractions. At the moment there is a lot of construction taking place around the hotel and thus the road leading to it is in a bad state of repair. The apartment we had enjoyed the benefit of a kitchen which had all the amenities you would expect and was cleaned on a daily basis. Excellent parking both on ground and underground levels. Highly recommended.
This is the second time we have had an overnight stop at this Apart/hotel whilst travelling through France. The location is convenient, the facilities are excellent. Rooms have some self catering facilities, Fridge, Microwave, Hob etc.
