Skaket Beach Motel

Connecting room we could hear everything they were saying and doing apart from that the room and balcony were great

We chose this hotel because it was a midway point between two points of interest I was going to photograph. The motel was very clean and the location ideal with numerous dining options. The rooms were decent size. The problem is the walls are so thin that at 9:00 pm we could hear someone snoring then at 1:00 am we were awakened by the couple next door having sex. This went on until 3:30 in the morning. The noise wouldn’t have been louder if they had been in our room. Given that we had a 4:30 am alarm, we left more tired than when we arrived. Soundproofing is desperately needed.

This was the cleanest motel we have stayed at in ages. While it's a no fills establishment its clean, well cared for and in a convenient location. The folks who run it are absolutely delightful and clearly care about both their establishment and their clientele. Would happily stay here again.

Overall, room is clean, bed is comfortable and staff is friendly. Would like lamps next to the bed for nighttime reading-when I mentioned it to the owner she thanked me for my feedback. Would go back again.

Great location for a family get together

My mom and I visited at the end of October from Canada and we loved our stay! It was very clean, comfortable and safe. The owners are very accommodating and were there to answer questions. The homemade cranberry muffins were also to die for! We will be back for sure.
