The location is far from desirable, taxi drivers always unable to locate even with GPS. Rooms needed some refurbishment as compared to the Somerset that’s within the same block.

It was a great stay, with a v clean apartment, a washing machine and dryer and nice hard beds. Cutlery and crockery are available, and staff always friendly and helpful. Location is great too.

史上最悪のホテル体験でした。 予約した部屋の半分ほどの大きさ、バスタブもなく、黒ずんだシャワーのみの部屋に案内されました。間違いかと思い問い合わせようとしましたが、Hotels.comの問い合わせは電話しかなかったので、帰国後に問い合わせたところ、ホテルと共謀したかのように、「お客様が宿泊されたのは予約された広くて高い方の部屋です。間違いありません。」とのことで、差額の返金も真実の追究もなく、泊まってもいない、高くて大きい部屋の方の料金を払わされました。 これから講習に行く機会が多くありますが、とにかくこのホテル（寮のようなレベル）には二度と泊まらないと思います。 広州に行く人にも必ず注意喚起します。 Hotels.comの対応もごまかしてやり過ごしたい感が満々で、チャットにて2日間クレームを入れましたが、自分で中国のホテルに聞けとのことで、ホテルとのやりとりの詳細も開示されませんでした。 Hotels.com全体の体質か、担当者が悪いかはわかりませんが、二度と使いません。 泊まってもいない部屋の他人の領収書を渡されたので、こちらに添付します。 私の名前ではありません。すでにここに間違いが発覚しています。 にもかかわらず対応無し。 このような悲惨な体験をした人がたくさんいるでしょう。このサイトには。

The smell in the room was not good. Strong smoking smell.....

The front desk staff were very helpful . But the room is old and rundown. The bed mattress is super hard. Location is good

Very good location & spacious flat. Overall clean & comfort but some bad smell in the kitchen.

Great Location close to subway travelling by train or subway to airport Great for shopping, restaurants and getting around Guangzhou

The room is clean , the hotel location is very convenient, the only drawback is the mosquitos, but the hotel has provided mosquito coil

Overall was good except the bed was too stiff. It’s like sleeping on a piece of plank. Else was ok.
