my first time stayed in service apartment, hwr i think the layout can be better designed to make traveller more easy. Overall they provide good service. will stay again.

"Very Comfotable Stay in Hot, Hot Guangzhou."

The apartments are easy to find from the Metro and are in a good location. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful. English was spoken, enough for us to communicate easily anyway.

"disappointment for an Ascott facility"

the staff was horrible, the front desk female receptionist had a bad attitude. the TV in the room did not work well. location is fine.

"far better alternative to a hotel"

Stayed there with my parents and it was fantastic. Very nice apartment giving us plenty of space yet still together. Staff were very helpful and I heard breakfast was great. they only provide free breakfast for two people. location is the best too.

"Convenient location to shopping malls & subways"

Apartment overall clean & welcoming but was difficult to locate at 1st. It's d 2nd block just behind Victory Tower mall. Subways easy to get around GZ. Vehicular n human traffic are equally terrible on this stretch. Lots of up-market malls n nice restaurants. Apartment great for families n price reasonable. It's comes complete with cutlery, pots n pans, dishwasher, clothes washer with detergents, big fridge, bedroom slippers,... We took a 2 bedroom apartment which comes with 1 double n 1 super single bed. Can sleep for 4. Living room sofas was great too. We stayed on 19th floor...not much facing but it's ok. Beds are hard though n pillows are soft n flat. Perhaps management can improve better on pillows n thicker comforters. I made this booking without breakfasts for 3 adults...upon check-in, we were given complimentary breakfasts for 2 daily. Breakfast spread was ok with bread, simple porridge n noodles, some western spread, juices n fruits. Location was good...walking distance to subways n surrounding malls...Victory Plaza, Tee Mall, Taikoo Hui, GrandView plaza...also Canton Tower is just 2 stops away fm Tiyu Xilu Stn (Line 3 subway). Line 3 also connects direct to Baiyun airport. Note: Be prepared to rush with d crowds.
