A nice and friendly place to stay. Warm and friendly reception and staff.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were helpful and the 1 bedroom apartment was spacious. Best of all it was only 15-20 minutes by (free) shuttle to the Canton Fair. Will definitely come back.

Very generously upgraded to a 2-bedroom on my first stay, was in executive king my second time at Springdale. Service is good, though the front desk is often slammed at peak check-in and check-out hours. Seems that they generally aren't able to accommodate early check-in, which is understandable if inconvenient to the tired traveler. Had some trouble with confusion between housekeeping and the froy desk re: laundry left hanging on the door outside, resulting in a somewhat frustrating and prolonged early morning phone call, but no big deal. Clean, efficient room and helpful staff enough to prompt repeat stay.

Stayed here approximately 2 years ago and honestly....nothing has changed. The staff are still great and helpful as they all spoke English, mandarin and Cantonese. The room was very clean and supplied everything I needed.

was given a rundown 2 bedrooom apt. called the front desk and they changed my room to a better 2 bedroom. overall stay is alright nothing fantastic

Good location. Not far from the subway. Lots of eateries around.

Location was great. 5-15 min walks to major malls and metro. Rooms were roomy and in good condition. Only weird thing was the room was booked for 2 but we were only given 1 breakfast each day.

I stayed here for 3 nights, the apartment was comfortable but old, when I booked a 2 bedroom apartment, I did not know that it will be 1 big room and 1 study, which was a surprise. the bathrooms were not in good shape. The breakfast was average.
