Все было прекрасно! Приветливый персонал, очень разнообразные и вкусные завтраки, живая музыка в пятницу! Очень все понравилось, остались довольны.

"Scarso in tutto"

Non era possibile segnare sulla camera le consumazioni al bar (forse perche' obbligando il cliente a pagare ogni volta davano di resto una tonnellata di monete, cosi sperando di ottenere che il cliente le lasci di mancia ...???). Colazione ripetitiva e cibi di scarsa qualita', croissant freschi nessuno, pane scarso e secondo me anche riciclato del giorno prima, marmellate e nutella nessuna confezione monouso (c'era un vaso da un kg dove tutti intingevano il proprio cucchiaio ...). Camera con la tappezzeria a brandelli sulle pareti, bagno rumoroso, pareti che si sentivano gli ospiti della camera vicina fare i loro comodi, aria condizionata in camera non funzionante, accappatoio con i buchi, gel e shampo una confezione al giorno. C'e di meglio a Kaliningrad da scegliere.

"ОТЕЛЬ ДЛЯ МУРАВЬЯ"

Стыдно, дорогие товарищи! Можно было бы хотя бы заделать дырку от выломанного кондиционера. И пустить антенный провод к ТВ не "соплей", а хотя бы прикрыть обоями (если уж заплатить за кабельную коробку - жаба задушила). И скажите, зачем вы ставите в одноместные номера полутороспальную кровать, в к-рую можно только запрыгнуть(вариант- заползти) с той стороны, где у спящего ноги. Опять же зачем подоконник, к-рый съедает 1,5 м2 площади (уничтожая практ. весь проход между окном и кроватью). А также кресло, к-рое нужно пост. передвигать, если хочешь передвигаться по номеру (нет своб. площади - поставили бы маленький табурет)

"Ненавязчивый сервис."

В отеле не самый лучший сервис - попросил добавить подушку, через 3 часа пришел в номер, подушку не принесли, пришлось опять звонить на ресепшен. попросил разбудить - не разбудили, хорошо, что был будильник в телефоне. Завтраки разнообразные, но невкусные.

The city center (Cathedral) 15 minutes on foot. The same distance to the bus station. The routes of buses in Europe and the Kaliningrad region. Breakfast is good.
