"Great value for money"

Free breakfast was great - included omelette and eggs cooked fresh to order. Rooms clean and comfortable with housekeeping every other day. Guest laundry. Helpful and friendly staff. Plenty parking. Fantastic outdoor pool with clean pool towels each day. Shuttle service in to Waltham where you can catch the train in to Boston although we found it better to drive/catch an Uber to other stations like Alewife where there were far more trains throughout the day. Restaurants withing walking distance and supermarket a short drive or 20-25 mins walk away (beware it's uphill coming back!!).

We did visit at an exceptionally busy time when the world cup was on but it would have been good to have a few extra beds/chairs around pool area.

"Great hotel for a fair price."

My room had a nice separation between bedroom and kitchen/living room so this was super nice. The kitchen was had pots and pans so it was easy to cook for myself.

You must have a car to get around if you stay at this hotel. But I did calculate this into my plans so for me this wasn't an issue.

"A cut above the rest"

"Horrible experience"

We stayed at this hotel to visit Family. Our room was facing the courtyard, which had a pool in it. Many teenagers were playing in the pool accompanied by their parents and were screaming and shrieking for hours. My wife had a migraine and was in a lot of pain so I called the front desk to see if there was anything they could do to make it a little quieter. Front Desk refused to help and had the manager call our room. The manager also didn’t do anything to help make it a little quieter. We weren’t asking for much, just a little intervention to keep it a little more peaceful. Horrible experience, I will never stay at this chain again.

"Very Good"

Good size room for family of 4 and it has kitchen which is really convenient. Breakfast was also very good and many options.

Its an older hotel so things need to be updated carpeting is very dirty
