The confines

The manager was over charging I’ve called the front desk before I arrive see about incidentals. Staff told me one thing the manager told me another once. I got there. And once I got there, I paid the incidental amount that the manager told me but afterwards I’ve asked the staff again. How much was the incidentals and they told me the same as when I called the first time so that tells me the manager was just overcharging. And she wants overcharged me for the snacks I bought when I first arrived because I bought snacks after I was there for a day. It was way lower.

I like the apartment style hotel with the kitchen. The place looked clean, but that was about it. I didn't get to enjoy my stay long enough because I checked out immediately.

The entire room smelled like marijuana. That was not acceptable since I had a 6 month old baby with me. That is not ideal for the baby's health. So I checked out immediately and asked for a refund. The front desk stated I had to contact the GM, to receive my refund on the room. I contacted the GM and he said that I will receive a refund on the room.

I'm just that was very supportive about moving room from third floor to first floor due to steps no elevator in hotel but separate one living suite staff was very friendly cabinet front desk was very helpful

I liked the easy and fast check in

They need to clean the rooms. They do really need a deep clean.
