"Services were poor"

The location was great.

The staff was not professional at all. The pool was down and we didn’t get our room key until hours after check in. Also this property was overpriced for such poor service.

"Hotel Hell!! "

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the rooms smell like stale smoke, absolutely filthy and every aspect of the room from the carpet to the furnishings were worn and in poor condition.

部屋は大きくて、申し分ない大きさでした。食器や洗剤等揃っていて便利でした。冷蔵庫も大きくて、食器洗い機もあってそこは良かったです。

タオルの交換はしてくれないので、自分達でフロントまで持って行って交換してもらいました。掃除は10日間泊まって、一度来ただけでした。何日に一回来るとかわかっていれば良かったですが、そういう情報もありませんでした。ゴミが溜まってしまって、どうしたらよいのだろうと自分達で下に持っていって捨てていました。

Staff is super professional. The grounds were well kept. The breakfast was fresh & delicious. Our 2 bedroom suite was extremely clean, well kept, and comfortable! Truth be told, my family and I have always and STILL love Hyatt House. Always our 1st go-to when visiting the Mt. Laurel area!
