"Would likely stay again but would never pay to park!"

Room was great - Trio suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. Located within walking distance of many food options. One bedroom didn’t have the AC coming in as well as the other bedroom and living area so it was hard to sleep (unusually hot March day here in Colorado!). Parking was not mentioned to be $15/night at check-in and if it had been I would have parked elsewhere. It’s not like this is some swanky hotel in downtown! Staff were great. Breakfast was so-so. The gravy for biscuits was absolutely disgusting and inedible. It was like a powder pack of salt and pepper mixed with milk. I literally gagged. Hotel was clean and had a lovely pool area outside (which wasn’t open for the season yet).

Everything!! The staff are friendly and accommodating, the hotel is clean and cozy, perfect location for college sports events, quiet, GREAT rooms and very comfortable. The staff make a great experience 1,000% even better.
