The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The location was adequate for our needs. The breakfast was standard and fair.

I was upset that we were upcharged for parking. If this is going to be in your rate, add it to the room charge on the website and don't wait until I am at the check-in desk to tell me you are charging me an extra $15 a night to park. I don't even understand why you would charge for parking. A. We were not in a commercial district. B. There is ample parking. It is hidden fees like these that will have me looking into alternative accommodations.

Upset that I had to pay for parking which was not noted on website. Walks not free of snow.. They wanted me to go out and place parking permit on car, I am 85 yrs old and did not want to slip on ice and snow. Would not stay at this place again.

Room had a kitchenette and living room area. Very clean, conveniently located, the hotel staff were very friendly and went out of their way for us. A full hot breakfast bar was available. Wonderful stay and we will go back.

Nothing, we enjoyed our stay.

People at the front were very pleasant. Room was very clean and very spacious. The only issue I had was the hot water was not working in one of the bathrooms the main one. I was not offered a different room, instead of maintenance came in and made me run it for 30 minutes and still wouldn’t work and I still called the next day. I’ll tell them and still no offer of another room. Besides that everything else was good.

Not hot water in one of the bathrooms . Freezing cold
