"Terrible service "

The property double booked our room and we had no where to stay. The entire town was booked up. We ended up having to stay 45 minutes away. We asked to speak to a manager and the woman working the counter handed us her personal cell phone. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful on the phone. Hotels.com was great, however and got our money back for us.

Lack of continual maintenance is obvious. I could have the hotel getting much better ratings in two months by working on things myself.

"Great stay"

Our stay was really enjoyable. The location was pretty good as well. Walmart was right behind the hotel and there were plenty of restaurants all around.
