Nice staff. Coffee and water available all day(Free)Nice warm pool. Restaurants nearby. Walking g distance if we aren’t having g a snow storm. 🤣🤣🤣

The room was big and cozy and very clean the out door hot tub was excellent and pool and hot tub inside was one of the warmest I’ve ever been we loved it

We arrived at 6:45pm for a 4pm check in and was told that our room was not ready, that it was next in line to be cleaned and the wait could be up to an hour. Front desk was friendly, but didn’t have much urgency to get us checked in. Online pictures are deceiving, not as updated as they project. Our beds headboard was dirty, same with the carpet. Both doors to the balcony did not latch securely.

We stayed for our 35th anniversary and we loved the room. The staff was friendly and the prices were very reasonable.

The bathroom was not very clean shower hasn’t been throughly cleaned in awhile, floor was not mopped and the handle broke on the toilet, called at 7:00 am and finally the maintenance man came to room at 10:00 when I called front desk again!

Breakfast was great… need another pan of pancakes so people don’t have to keep waiting

Bigger towels for beach/pool. Bathroom and shower need to work by pool … pool was dirty… needs to be cleaned each day. Rooms along the walls and corners need to be cleaned better. Check lightbulbs… some of ours were burned out.
