Cherry Tree Inn & Suites

The suite was large with a lovely view. Nice bathroom.

One of our pillows smelled like too many people had slept on it without it having been cleaned, and the bed linens, though nice, were not ironed so looked rumpled. A place this nice should have glass coffee mugs and should use better cream/sugar options other than the discount hotel style packets which are so wasteful. It is hard to keep entrance areas clean in winter with salt on people's shoes, but the lobby and elevator floors looked dirty. One last thing: the bed , though very comfortable, was very creaky, so when you moved at all, it squeaked and groaned.

Easy to book. Front desk was friendly. The breakfast was great. The room was comfortable and clean and pretty. The view of the bay was spectacular. The decoration in lobby was beautiful for Christmas. The parking was easy. The price was good and the pool was awesome.

room was spacious, bed was cozy, we loved our jacuzzi and fireplace. staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

noise from the pipes was extremely loud - any time the neighboring rooms ran water, we couldn't hear anything else. voices traveled easily between rooms, as well. breakfast was ok, but selection didn't vary at all day to day.

The staff was very friendly and the complementary coffee was AMAZING! The room was fantastic, private, and beyond met my expectations. The view of the bay was beautiful and the beach looks like it would be fun in the summer, I was there in the winter.

I was expected to check out, that was disappointing. I could have easily stayed another week!

Overall, our stay was very nice. Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and a well-kept hotel. My biggest complaint was the surprise "destination fee" that was charged at check in. We were told the only way to avoid this is to call the hotel directly to book our reservation. If you are reading this and considering booking, don't do it online.

This is a very nice inn. We come here every winter and look forward to our stay! It seems like it never gets old...excellent Inn, excellent service, excellent amenities, excellent location!

This hotel is in a wonderful location. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the fireplace and jacuzzi tub! The hotel is a bit older, but superbly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was standard hotel fare but fresh and hot. My wife and I will book again.

The room itself was nice, but we chose this hotel specifically to relax and use the jacuzzi tub for the entire weekend. That experience was completely unacceptable. The first night we turned on the jacuzzi, hair and gunk shot out of the jets. It was disgusting. I reported this to the front desk the next morning and was told it would be taken care of. It was not. On the second night, hair and grime were visibly dripping out from underneath the switch on top of the tub. Running my hand inside the tub, I could feel heavy grime buildup. This is a serious cleanliness and maintenance failure. While the staff was polite, the jacuzzi tub was clearly not properly cleaned or maintained. Since this was the main reason we booked the hotel, it completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend.
