View from room 504 was great, looking over downtown Crested Butte.

Luke warm water in the morning. Post a maintenance call, the suggestion was to turn all hot water on and "leave it running for 10-15 minutes before use in the morning". Housekeeping is by request - which is okay, but after requesting, they did not come. No dish soap for washing dishes, all kitchen knives blunt, the stove top gave a burnt smell. The bed slumped in the middle. Very Dated decor, all beige and brown. Ice Machine at one end of the hotel only - as is access to the carpark directly, so depending on your room, depends on how much additional wandering down the corridors you will have to do. They did not, at check in, account for an upgrade that we had made and confirmed...thankfully they did have a better room available, but it was a long check-in process, with a kiddo and post a long drive, just another frustration. Car park spaces are badly marked, narrow, and surrounded by pillars. It's needed fresh marking paint for a few years. As such, underground parking requires some careful work to avoid other cars, pillars, and walls, especially if you have bikes on the back.

The room was nice and the view.

Why not provide complimentary coffee? Coffee doesn't cost that much and would be a nice touch.

Parking is extremely limited and costly. Also, the garage has too low a ceiling if your vehicle has ski racks or a kayak rack. Where then can you park? Flying in to this area is also very limited and again, a car rental would be needed from the regional airport. If there are shuttle services, more up-front information on those would be appreciated.

The room was immaculate and had everything we needed. The facility was clean and updated. The only issues we had was the parking and the difficulty in navigating around the building. You had to leave your car in the drive, then go ask the way up and over to the second floor to check in. The parking garage is tight and difficult to navigate and it cost $30+ per day to park there. There are not enough parking for the amount of people. Overall it was a nice place.

I was put off by the fact that there was a separate fee for the Hotel and Parking, that was not part of the room fee. This added 64.00 +/- to the cost. Nice place but pretty expensive.

Great stay overall. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had a massage at the spa and it was awesome. We will definitely come again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Its a nice place. We were disappointed that there was no room service avaliable for food only drinks.

Beautiful area and very comfortable. Had a nice time at the Billy Bar listening to music. Would’ve liked to have cream for the coffee in the room. Thank you.

No
