Good enough to sleep but Bathroom uncomfortable to use.
Shower was scalding hot about 3 minutes into it and could not be adjusted. Room smelled musty. Facilities were old.
Hotel needs updating, but the room is clean, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were able to walk to the Clark Museum and restaurants. I would probably go for something a bit more upscale next time, but this is still a decent choice and very well price. The breakfast was a nice bonus, and included lots of fresh fruit along with the usual breads and pastries,

The rooms are dated and run down, but kept very clean by friendly staff. Breakfast was goon and everything was fresh Pool, like the room was run down, but crystal clear and clean. On our last day of 4 we ended up with ants in our room (223) Over all I will stay here again if in the area
Our experience started out very positively when, because our last-minute reservation at a travel site had "glitched," the innkeeper called to finalize - and, therefore, protect - our reservation on a busy summer Saturday night in the Berkshires. After a long day of driving, losing the reservation due to a technical issue would have been distressing, so we appreciated the innkeeper's effort. The property looks dated, but we found it to be meticulously maintained. The room was very clean and comfortably furnished and surprisingly quiet, given that the property was full and the hotel is just off the main drag. We have been meaning to explore NW Mass someday, and we will surely stay in this hotel when we do!

Staff at front desk was great and very helpful telling us of good close by restaurants and things to do.
There are so many lovely options in this area. Don't make the same mistake I did. Dirty, room had a horrible chemical smell, phone didn't work. And not enough parking! Come back late and you're out of luck.
