Need to remove trash from rooms daily and vacuum carpet. No regular coffee in room for two weeks. Roach in room.

The beds were really comfortable. The room had a little smell to it and it was in good but not great condition.

For one, the room was decent sized, and the air conditioner in the room worked really well for the hot summer days we were visiting . So my family and I did appreciate that. The hot water in the shower was working, and the pressure point from the hot water was an added bonus. We were there for a family vacation, so the location from everything was not bad either. I did appreciate that as well.

Well, I would not recommend this hotel because even the value was not bad for the stay the picultures are so misleading. I really wished I looked on the other websites to read the reviews. For one, this hotel is outdated. The upkeep of this hotel was very disappointing. The hotel had trash everywhere. Our room key was constantly not working, and my finacee and I believed it to be the batter for the actual door was not working, but the staff made it seem like it was something we were doing. No disrespect to any race, but when I saw the hotel was being run by Idinians. That was a huge red flag for me and my fiancee. We're from New York, and we notice how Indians that run hotels where we're from dont up keep their hotels property and this location in PA was no different they didn't disappoint. Staff was fairly around. You had to always call a phone number to get ahold of someone. They gave us the wrong room number, and we had to call and look for someone for 30 minutes just to check in. The pools are also outdated and dirty. I booked trying to use the hot jacuzzi just to get there and see that it has been blocked off probably because they the owners didn't want to waste resources to up keep the hotel. We had to constantly throughout our stay try and find staff for help. You can tell the Indinas that own this hotel are all family and are cheap with the resources because they dont have no maids they are doing everything from cleaning and maitnitnce and doing the front desk which explains why the front desk was always no one their because they are to cheap to hire help because they want to pocket all the money and not use the resources to help maintain the hotel. The beeafast was disgusting. We didn't even eat at the hotel. We had to go off the unit to find food. The gym was also outdated. The washer and dryer were also disgusting as well. Well, in the end, you get what you pay for it was not worth it.

Our family is relocating to PA and we are staying at a hotel while the final touches are being put on our home and the experience has been awesome since check-in. The staff is extremely friendly and made checking in with a baby and 2 service animals a breeze. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is guest laundry on site and the machines work great. The breakfast is a great perk. I would recommend this hotel to families or women traveling alone because I feel very safe here and the property is very quiet and low key. Overall awesome experience!! Staff is beyond kind.

Location was nice. Pool was nice and warm.
