Novotel Balikpapan

Lovely hotel, central to the city. Dewi, Iabal and Delita, at reception were amazing. Very helpful in navigating the city. The bar and restaurant team made me feel very welcome. I will stay here again.

Experience was great. Hotel was comfortable, particularly in the lobby/reception area. Internet access was also very good connection.

I visited Balikpapan for business purpose, I stayed at Novotel for two weeks. The room is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has many variation dishes. I love the food, taste was delicious. The service in restaurant when I had breakfast was excellent especially from on of hotel’s staff names Tjandra, his service is excellent!

I stayed at Novotel Balikpapan for a work trip and had a pleasant experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Vincent from the front office, who left a lasting impression. Despite being the only staff on duty that night and having three guests ahead of me, he remained calm, composed and very attentive. His professionalism and genuine hospitality made me feel well taken care of after a long journey. Initially, I was assigned to a smoking floor for the first two nights due to the hotel is fully booked but the team was able to arrange a room change by the third night which I truly appreciated. As a hotelier myself, it makes me proud to see a young professional like Vincent displaying such dedication and poise. He is certainly an asset to the hotel and I hope his efforts are recognized. The most experience ever during stay at Novotel Balikpapan. Just like my second home, Especially always welcome by the kindest staff Dewi, Kadek,Tjandra. The Breakfast is awesome variety and taste so good and we also could requested special menu to the Chef directly.

It was over all a good experience and special thanks to Vincent & Alpine at reception and to rest of all the staff for a good service.

As usual, this is my repeated trip. Novotel balikpapan is one place which gives you comfort. Many option for breakfast and all good The staff as usual always friendly and helpfull.
