Gostei do atendimento e toda prestatividade dos recepcionistas. Gostei do café. Gostei do quarto. Banheiro grande e água quente.

Não gostei muito do colchão, a cama fazia um pouco de barulho ao me virar. Rolou uma festa ao lado do hotel com som alto até tarde, mas até aí entendo que não é culpa de vocês. A janela abafou o som como pode.

A funcionária da limpeza abriu a porta do nosso quarto falando alto, um absurdo! Havíamos chegado de madrugada e gostaríamos de dormir até mais tarde. Um erro dela e da direção também, uma vez que não havia na porta um aviso para pendurarmos.
