Great and friendly staff, Villa was amazing!! Just wonderful and Pizza place they recommend was delicious!! We are returning for sure.

It was spacious, well-designed, and perfect for our needs. The decor was woodsy and contemporary, and the master suite was cozy and comfortable. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom but could share the living area and kitchen. The beds and linens were great. I really appreciated the whirlpool tub in the master suite, and my friend liked the access to the gym in the Avon Rec Center. Free parking was an extra money-saving benefit. It’ll be my go-to hotel in Avon, and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

SOOOOOOOOOOOO much better than a hotel room. The space was perfect so the kids could spread out. We also had a nice kitchen and great area for movie night. The kids also loved the Avon Rec center. Great trip...we'll be back!

Beautifully decorated and upgraded unit. Lots of space. Great value for the location and busy tourist season.

Clean well appointed condo. Pricey, but probably average for area. The main problem was that the property information stated it had a DVD player, and it did, but was not plugged in, and didn't even have a cable running to the TV. I can figure out most tech issues with video systems, but after messing with it for 30 minutes I came to the conclusion that the DVD player was just toast. Had to call a maintenance guy in. After another hour or so we finally had a new DVD player. However after a long day already, it was pretty much too late to watch a movie. Bummer. Everything else was pretty much in tiptop shape, so I don't know why they neglected the electronics. Almost two hours of our already short night wasted.

Last minute room find yielded a wonderful surprise. Requesting this place again Thanks

Beautifully renovated unit; would definitely choose again when I could enjoy w my family! I booked during the work week for myself while working in the area on business... very pleased!

AMAZING! Most gorgeous place we've ever stayed! We didn't want to leave!!

I was passing through Avon and was looking for a one night stay at any hotel. This was the only thing available. I was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful condo very clean I felt right at home. It was nicer than many high end hotel suites I have stayed in. The condo was recently remodeled and felt brand new. I would strongly recommend it to anyone especially a family due to its size.
