The room was infested with ants and other bugs, the downstairs bathroom was dirty, the outdoor private spa had sand on the seat, one of the only two small windows in the room had a broken shade so it could not be raised for light. The only toilet was upstairs where the bedroom was so you had to walk upstairs to go to the bathroom. I stayed two nights out of six and booked another room at another hotel. This hotel try to insist I should take another room at their hotel but I was disgusted with the hotel so did not want to stay. They did not refund the last four nights of my room so I had to pay for two hotels but I was much happier at my next hotel. Also the hotel is out of the main town area and up a hill so unless you have a car it is a hike to get anywhere from the hotel. One good point is the buffet breakfast is nice.
Great location staff very helpful and willing to help lots of great restaurants in the town, lovely walk to top of mountain and great views from Ancient Thira. One negative taxi drivers from airport often over charge so agree a price in advance.
This hotel was amazing, staff was great some of the small things needed work.' one light was out,and the bathroom WC kept sticking. But If you rent a car the stay was great , otherwise you will have a good walk up to the hotel.

CHECK IN WAS FAST AND ACCOMMODATING. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND CLOSE TO POOL. BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME! STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE! CLOSE TO MANY RESTURANTS NICE STAY!

Beautifully situated not far from the madding crowd. We had a very special holiday here and will definitely return. Lovely staff and beautifully designed hotel. Food was really good too. Gorgeous little spa available and had some great service here too.
Great stay! We were upgraded on arrival which was a pleasant surprise. The location is close to restaurants and the beach. And the breakfast is great!

Nice hotel but isolated on a hill. No outside space in our room - an indoor cold jacuzzi instead!
