Nice location, fantastic staff. Will visit again!

Pleasant stay at this hotel.. staff couldn’t be more helpful, always went out of their way for you. The room was well decorated and kept clean. For improvements I would suggest renewing their towels and dressing gowns as they were becoming hard with age and repeated washing. I would have liked tea and coffee making facility as there was a small kitchenette area not being fully utilised. We were upgraded to a room with an outdoor jacuzzi but unable to use it as the water was freezing cold and it was always shaded from the sun. Nice gesture though. Would definately return to this little haven tucked away from the hustle and bustle. DO NOT pre book your transfers to this hotel from the airport. The airport is only 8 minutes away and taxi’s are available costing no more than €10 one way. We pre-booked when booking our holiday as we normally do and paid £134.00 for the return trip. I will seriously be considering whether I would pre book this facility with Expedia again having been ripped off on this occasion..

Great location, however WE HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS the next day of a 2day!! Air conditioner over the bathroom door DRIPPED WATER ALL NIGHT LONG!! Telephone had no dial tone - had to walk to the front desk every time we needed something- In room hot tub was molded / not clean so we didn’t use it!! SHEETS WERE SUPER HARD!! We asked for a comforter blanket & spreaded put towels to lay on because mattress was thin & hard!!

At the back of the beach at the foot of the cliffs stunning views and location minutes walk from resteraunts and the beach. Yes there is a small walk from the Bach but not a problem with very little traffic and beautiful views in all directions. Bus stop 2 mins walk will get you to Fira where you can change to visit the whole island with ease. €1.80 flat fare, on luxury coach. Hotel is well planned with views across the sea, mountains, town of Kamari, good sized rooms, fantastic service, oitside jacuzie, beautiful indoor/outdoor restraunt next to pool. Pool bar. Very peaceful, relaxing and quiet - no parties/discos just calmness and serenity. Staff responsive, helpful and accommodating. No mosquitos! Clean bedding, towels daily. air con. Palm trees, other pools, plants, sun loungers/ beds. Some down sides, lack of coat hangers, can't drink tap,water (any where in Santorini except the natural spring behind the hotel on the mountain), can't flush toilet paper. (That's Santorini!) Travelled around Santorini and this was the most perfect base.

Amazing breakfast, room, staff and pool. Really enjoyed our break as a young couple going on our first holiday together and we where treated so well and had a fab experience. The hill is a struggle to get up in the evening after a busy day but the quite and spectacular view was worth it. The lady that greeted us at reception on our first day was happy to spend 20 mins talking to us and telling us all about what the island has to offer and made some great recommendations including watching the sun set in Ola. Alex showed us round our room and set up the safe for us to use and carried our bags up to our room. the hotel was quite and really relaxing the and the staff where always there to help with any issue. I would 100% go back and my only regret was that I didn't book for longer.

Great location of the hotel and great hospitality. Welcoming and helpful staff. Nothing was a trouble for them. Will recommend to all and definately re:visit in future.
