"disappoint food at BN Abids outlet, failing standards"

The soap dispenser is empty and upon intimation they failed to refill the same which shows the utter neglect and arrogance. visited on 15.04.2026 with 3 guests and returned unhappy. The starters are reasonably good but unfortunately the tandoor chicken is full of bones making a horrible experience and more bones than flesh and unfilling. Biryani is distasteful with strong aromatic masala making u stop at one spoonful itself. though service personel were good enough to get me unflavored rice but that doesnt improvise the food taste. Its utter surprise that NO desserts were available except pastries that are suitable for kids. This makes ur buffet incomplete and fails to meet your standards. Though service personel and BM are courteous and hospitality oriented but that hardly makes your taste buds, stomach happy. Cleary an AVOID at present.

The cafe and the lounge area were exceptional and handy to meet friends and visitors. The view from the room was stunning. The room upgrade was great and much needed. Great gym + instructor and a decent sized pool. Exceptionally friendly staff in the lounge, at Breakfast, at the cafe, and at the check-in desk. A cozy and personable hotel. A beautiful property.

Breakfast area was noisy. Music was loud. Food is spicy and not completely kitted out for a western pallette. Simpler food options must be offered at breakfast. Everything had green chillies added to it. Rooms are very small. I booked a room for 3 adults and we could not fit all 3 in the Executive room comfortably. Breakfast at the weekend was exceptionally busy due to a wedding party. Such events should be hosted in a different restaurant.

"Wonderful experience"

Nice hotel and thanks to Prakash Bora a loyalty manager he is doing an excellent job. Hotel reception staff, Manager Gaurav, Harmohan all gave excellent service.
