Hilton Garden Inn Brussels City Centre

The area is busy and not in the nicest parts of Brussels. However, I didn't feel unsafe.

Shower head wasn't good . Shower floor was not clean . And small waterproof curtain on shower would be really good .

We were allocated a room in which the bathroom wasn’t functioning properly (stopper in the bath was broken so water wasn’t draining while taking a shower, the next day we had issues with the toilet drainage). On the first night I dropped a bit of ketchup on the duvet and that stayed on the bed for the next two nights as house keeping clearly don’t change the duvet covers and probably not the sheets either they just come in and tidy up the bed. We were then given another room to just use the shower and were given the option to move to that room on the last night. After having used the shower in the morning we stepped out for the day and once again came back to no house keeping having cleared or changes the towels.

It was acceptable. Nothing to be wowed. Breakfast was good. Staff didn’t look happy.

Nice comfortable base for visiting brussels. Equidistant from eurostar station and central of brussels. Served well by Uber and Uber eats. Quaint bar. Didnt try breakfast. No dinner restauraunt so ate out or uber eats. Would stay again if visit Brussels.

Asked the staff for extra blanket 3 times, the male staff said they don't have extra at the first time. The female staffs promised to send me at the second and third time but they didn't do it after all. Total disappointment for a 4 star hotel. This kind of service is unacceptable and completely ruined the reputation of Hilton.

A well-maintained hotel with in a well-situated part of Brussels; close to the centre, but just far enough away to be quiet! In easy walking distance of Metro and Tram lines. I had a large, very clean room with a kitchen space. I’d happily stay here again.

Fantastic room with lovely views .All of the staff have been exceptionally friendly apart from a young guy who was quite obnoxious

Overall great team. Carolina on the housekeeping staff was awesome, she was well detailed in her work. My room was always clean and well done when she was on her shift. Front desk was awesome as well. Thanks to the team. Arlette, Best
