The location of the property is excellent for where we had to be. There’s a mall close by with nice dining option. We went to the Asian fusion restaurant that offer AYCE sushi on the weekends. The room that we got was nice. The sofa bed was a bit dirty with food crumbs when we opened it. The door job to the bedroom was wiggly and we didn’t feel safe to close the door in case we couldn’t open it. We noticed it later that evening and couldn’t say anything earlier to the staff. Overall our stay was great just wished we didn’t have to pay extra for parking.

100% disagree with paying $12 per day to park in an open lot!

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, and I especially loved the convenience of the small kitchen—it made all the difference. The housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly, with such a warm, welcoming attitude. Their service truly made my stay extra comfortable. Keep up the great work!

Perfect experience

It was surprised to find that one needs to pay for parking at the suburbs of DC at this hotel.

Two big problem - 1. the tv remote did not work for the two days - no one came to fix it - I had to unplug the TV. 2. The man working the breakfast did not care when I showed him how the brown sugar was disgusting with a very dirty spoon that had melted brown sugar on it from people using it to mix their oatmeal - very disgusting - and there was all kinds and a lot of other foreign material in the brown sugar - I showed it to him and he began to dig his finger into the brown sugar to pull out the many many foreign object - that was crazy to see with no gloves - I poured out the sugar in the trash and made him make a whole new cup for customers - and I made him replace the spoon. He was very unprofessional and only did the right thing after I said I would get the manager. He is a very poor representative - and clearly a family member or he would never have this job.

My husband and I and my son arrived on May 31. 2025. My son will be staying at the residence Inn for 10 weeks for an internship We traveled from New York which was a long drive. We were warmly greeted By Mr. Ismael Nasi. .We decided to also stay here. We have made the best decision ever. Me and my husband have stayed at many hotels, residence inns over our many years. This residence inn was by far the best Accommodation we have ever stayed in, I give it a Five star plus rating and review. The staff was also so professional, helpful, experienced and courteous. The amenities including a free continental breakfast, inviting outside pool, laundry room, coffee snd tea all day long and a fitness center make it even more unique and accommodating. We will be back in a few weeks to celebrate Father's day. I will be making my reservation shortly. I am very comfortable and happy that my son will be staying with this Residence Inn 10 weeks. I want to truly thank and put in a good word to the front desk clerk who handled our reservation and helped us throughout our stay, Mr Ismael Nasi. Signed a truly happy customer! Happy Travels!
