Very dated and dark rooms, needs updating, the women on reception not helpful at all, there was no checking in process, literally just had my keys handed to me, no explanation about the hotel, the breakfast very bland.

Solamente la vista y la ubicación

Todo no nos gustó nada, atención pésima, estaba todo sucio con olor a humedad, las habitaciones sin prácticamente luz, no recambiaban las toallas y ni el papel higiénico, no tenía ni lugar para apoyar mis cremas y maquillaje un desastre total. La ducha desde el primer día no andaba y no me la arreglaron nunca me tenía que bañar en el cuarto de mis hijos toda la estancia. Un Desastre totalmente no es un 4 estrellas para nada, diría que está arañando un 3 estrrellas .

Nel complesso tutto bene, l’unica nota negativa la luce in camera troppo fioca, soprattutto in bagno ..Nel 2025 una bella illuminazione led costa poco e i clienti si divertono!! Poi ottimo il servizio navetta per la spiaggia del grande pevero ma mal organizzato per i pochi orari a disposizione e dimenticanza del personale nel venirci a prendere..

I stayed at Colonna Country Hotel in July 2025 with my family, including two small children, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. While the pool area is pleasant and the pool itself is beautiful, and the staff was polite, the overall structure and service left much to be desired. There’s no poolside service at all — no one comes by to take orders, which makes relaxing by the pool less enjoyable. The room felt outdated and in need of renovation. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillow extremely hard, and the bathroom was so small it felt cramped. There was no full-length mirror, only a small one, and the room was poorly lit. The blackout curtains didn’t block the light properly; sunlight entered through the sides, and there were even small holes and loose areas. The most concerning part was during breakfast, when my 2-year-old son was stung by a bee. The area was infested with bees and the hotel made no effort to prevent or address the issue — possibly due to the amount of surrounding plants. Overall, it feels like a hotel that once had charm, but is now worn down and lacks the service and maintenance expected

La ubicación y la zona de piscina

Cama incómoda. Había hormigas en el baño, no cambiaron las toallas durante la estancia y probablemente tampoco limpiaron el baño.

Zeer gedateerd, zeer matig ontbijt, matige bediening (norse vrouw bij ontbijt, elke keer vragen om consumpties). Slechte douches (dat douchegordijn plakt steeds aan je), keiharde bedden met flinterdunne kussens.
