La posizione

Personale pessimo , ragazze delle pulizie peggio. Poco cortesi alla reception , la cosa che ho odiato di più è il check out alle ore 10:00 . Alle 10:02 minuti erano già a rimproverarmi . Alle 10:05 eravamo alla reception . Non so come si faccia in una località del genere ad avere personale pessimo , camere vecchi di 40 anni , luci che o lampeggiavano , giardiniere con attrezzature vecchie a benzina con rumore e puzza. Davvero basterebbe poco per rendere quel posto magnifico .

Nonostante appartenga allo stesso Gruppo del Colonna Park Hotel (a poche centinaia di metri di distanza), non sono paragonabili. Sono risultati sotto le aspettative: i) servizio di pulizia camere ii) vitto (colazione e cena) e iii) stato di manutenzione della struttura

"Viel erg tegen, behalve het zwembad."

Het zwembad, heerlijk! Maar dat was het wel. Ontzettend gehorig, midden in de nacht urenn wakker van jongeren die terug komen van het stappen. Zelfs als ze zachtjes doen hoor je ze nog bijna letterlijk. Voor de rest harde bedden, slechte kamers eigenlijk gewoon. Totaal niet onderhouden in al die jaren. Ontbijt was redelijk.

De kamers, wat een tegenvaller, geld niet waard!!

"Lovely staff, very dissappointing facility for the money"

Property is very nicely located close to Porto Cervo. It has good swimming pools and the staff in the restaurant is very kind

- Facility is run down - room finishing show wear and tear, sun loungers are old, terras table and seats old and plastic. Small bathroom that is outdated. - eur 5 to be paid per towel as guarantee. This should not be the case in a 4 star property - Lunch menu poor and quality of food at best average. Summarizing, it looks like the owner of this property is playing a profit maximization strategy at the cost of investing in the property. Paying more than EUR 680 for one night is completely not in line for what this facility is.
