The location

There was no air conditioner and It was very hot inside the building.

Location was good for getting to tourist spots and restaurants- but not right in the middle of it, so not too noisy etc.

I never received an email with our check in code so had to wait outside for some time when we arrived - not what you need after you've been travelling with a child ... however once I called the number the person on the phone was friendly and helpful and got us in fairly quickly.

Facilities, the room was run down. There was no where to hang my clothes, no air con. Breakfast staff they were delightful, but limited options on the menu.

Der Ablauf mit dem einchecke vor Ort war sehr stressig, vieles hätte man vorher schon erledigen können. Da ich für die Schweiz eine e-sim gekauft hatte, dauerte es bis eine Rückmeldung kam. Draußen waren 32 grad und wir konnten nicht ins Haus. Wir konnten nicht telefonieren 📞 da unsere sim dafür nicht funktionierte. Durch eine fremde Person aus der Schweiz 🇨🇭 konnten wir beim Service anrufen und stellten fest, das es ein Problem gab mit der Mail. Außerdem ist es sehr schwierig sich anzumelden mit einer Buchungsnummer, die nicht auf der buchungsbestätigung von booking.com steht. Der Code sollte in der Mail stehen, die uns aber nicht erreicht hat, da wir schon in der Schweiz waren. Außerdem sollte man sich mit Last Name anmelden, ich kenne es als Nachname, aber ich musste mich mit dem Vornamen anmelden, da auf der Bestätigung von booking erst der Familie Name und dann der Vorname steht. Das war Stress pur.

My family and I enjoyed staying in this spacious two-bedroom apartment at the great location. We checked-in smoothly although it was a self-check-in process. Breakfast at the ground floor cafe/bar was fresh, shining and delicious - the staff was really kind.

Très bien situé en centre-ville, très propre et avec un accès autonome facile.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. Les oreillers étaient également beaucoup trop durs, ce qui m’a provoqué un mal de nuque. Dommage, car le reste était très satisfaisant.
