VISIONAPARTMENTS Brandschenkestrasse - self check-in

Great location and the apartment was very clean. We were sent a code and apartment number before arrival, and easily got into the building, however, we couldn't find the apartment. We were told it was BR001, but there's no apartment with that number. We eventually found an apartment 001 (which had a sign saying it was the ladies toilet), and that was it. I called the contact number several times and got no response. It took them 2 hours to reply to my email. By then, we'd found the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and well-equipped. Anna, who was in the cafe during the day was friendly.

The apartment was dark so we needed the lights on even though it was sunny outside. The dustbin store was just outside of the window so we couldn't really have the window open as it smelt. The booking info said that the restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but it closed at 3pm every day. The emails were friendly and helpful, but they took a long time to respond, and we never once had a phone call answered. The cleaners completely ignored us, no response to us saying hello or holding open a door for them, just blank faces and not even a smile. The only time one of them spoke was when she let herself into our room at 9am on the day that we checked out to ask when we were leaving. Checkout time was 10am, and we left by 9.30, so there was no need to chase us up. Apart from Anna, the whole experience was very impersonal.

A localização achei boa, tem microondas, cama e travesseiro confortáveis, chuveiro bom, máquina de lavar comunitária.. achei bom!

Não fica muito iluminado com luz natural, tinha muitos mosquitinhos, acho que precisa dedetizar e seria ótimo se tivesse incluso sabão pra máquina de lavar.

The location is pretty good, but I didn´t have breakfast at the hotel. I liked also the staff of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room. I would recommend this to anyone who plans to stay in Zürich.

Although the location is awesome, the pictures of the building are way better than the appearance in person. I didn´t like the fact that for many hours of the day, if I had any issues, there would be nobody there to help me. It is an issue specially for older people.

Breakfast good. Rodrigo was super welcoming and enjoyed talking to him.

The sliding door to one of the bathrooms doesn’t close, stays open. Which isn’t that bad, but should be repaired.
