"Cómodo y espacioso pero con alarma ruidosa"

El desayuno bufete muy delicioso era autoservicio, todo muy limpio y espacioso, las camas muy comodas, la piscina y bañera muy bien, tv grande

Cuando llegamos habían poco personal y no había quien nos ayudara con las maletas, luego la tarjeta no funcionaba para entrar. Estábamos muy cansados y para colmo no dormimos bien porque la alarma emitía un pitido fuerte cada minuto o cada 30 segundos y fue muy molesto soportar eso toda la noche y no había forma de desactivarla

La atención

Solo dan agua en la primer noche y no todas las noches que el huésped se queda, no cambian toallas del diario, no lavan bien los vasos que ponen en la habitación, los platos del buffet no los lavan bien. Ponen el mismo buffet todos los días, no es variado. El pasillo que nos tocó no lo iluminan en el día, solo por la noche, las escaleras de emergencia hay dos y una no funciona, no tiene acceso al exterior lo comento porque nos tocó estar el dia del temblor allí
