La tranquilidad

Que la persona que esta en recepción en la mañana no me reservo la otra noche cuando fui con ella y después en la tarde cuando regrese ya estaba bloqueado la tarjeta y tuve que ir otra vez a recepción a que lo hiciera la srita de la tarde

Trato muy amable de casi todo el personal.

La alfombra del cuarto huele a humedad, debido a que si no tienen cuidado cusndo te bañas toda el agua sale del baño. Bastante desagradable el olor en todo el cuarto. Es muy difícil fijar la regadera porque prácticamente la llave de la tina no sirve.

En general todo está muy bien, el personal muy amable.

Que el agua de la alberca se encuentra fría, cuando en la publicación comenta que el agua se encuentra climatizada y en el restaurante el menú no es tan amplio y no reabastecen los alimentos frecuentemente.
