Everything is mess, this the worst hotel i have ever lodge in Germany, I will advise anybody not to give ist a try

First the portal is very rude and disrespectful, he is asking me what I'm doing in a room with my clients which is really crazy question, the room was so bad not as in the booking, the crazy thing is the towel they give me is exactly the rag I use in my house to clean toiletand kitchen, thank God I come with my personal towel, the television is not working, everything is totally mess, my own humble suggestion, please don't ever give this hotel a try because you are going to regret it for the rest of your life. The bad reviews you see there is real, I'm now a victim...

Hôtel très sale.. les draps n’ont pas été changés (jaune, il y avait du sang), pareils pour les serviettes (très très sale) avec des odeurs🤮 La chambre avait l’odeur bizarre et sale. Salle de bain catastrophique. L’ascenseur très sale. Rien ne va dans cet hôtel.. Quartier très bruyant jusqu’au matin. Ça n’a rien à voir avec les photos sur booking .. Malheureusement j’ai pas vu les commentaires avant de réserver, en arrivant là bas je pensais même que je me suis trompée d’hôtel.. Booking ne devrait pas proposer ce genre d’hôtel.. Franchement je ne vous conseille pas! C’est un hôtel bordel et plein de toxicomanes.
