Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge

Cannot beat the location and the staff at the Fairmont are excellent. Special shout-out to Concierge Sandy & Mike from maintenance. Everyone works really hard to bring a first class experience! We’ll be back!

Our unit was far inferior to the usual Fairmont standard. Furnishings were shabby and very dated, and there was black mold in our shower. I won't stay at a Fairmont again - apparently I can't rely on their reputation to give me a good travel experience.

We are time share owners of Raintree and very skeptical of what this place would be like! I really am picky and hoped it would be a positive experience. We arrived late and had a hard time finding it but eventually did. The building has a wierd underground feeling and the hallways and doors are in rough shape however once inside the condo it got better. New appliances , kitchen extremely well supplied. Couches pillows table all in great shape. They did the best with a very old building ! Bathrooms and tubs all is terrific shape! Water pressure fabulous !The towels and bathrobes are top quality as well as the sheets etc!!!! Having a new washer and dryer is wonderful! I was very happy with our 2 bedroom 2 bath!!!!!!!!!!! No a/c but they do have fans to use . I would return without hesitation !!!!

Great dog friendly place. They provide dog beds. Location is great and close to the Gondola for access to Telluride. There are many walking trails and during ski season the hotel provides a concierge for the ski equipment and you can walk to the slope from the hotel

Loved the area. Room had a hair in bathtub otherwise eating been hiring. Some asteroid in hallway needed repair, like wood corner trim. The game room was a great addition for those with kids. Valet crew was great and eager to help. I know they work on tips but it never felt like that was their goal. They were learning your name even if your stay was short. Would recommend and stay again. Pretty expensive to see some of the older pieces in hallway, and room not updated but I get it. JH

The staff is extremely friendly, well informed and always willing to assist. They are masters at remembering your name. The location and convenience for skiing cannot be beat in Mountain Village. The classic lodge in Mountain Village.

We were able to share a condo with our children, new grand baby & in-laws. Tremendous experience for all of us. From Chantry in Reservations to the driver to the garage/valet's to the concierge everyone was great. We appreciated all the extra effort they put into accommodating all our stuff with the baby & our move. We will be back.

They really rolled out the red carpet @ this location. Valet not only parked our vehicle but also unloaded & brought our bags to the room. There was no timeshare pitch @ all, which was a definite plus for us & we were never bothered by the front desk for anything. The gondola on site, takes you to Telluride for no charge & in Telluride is a free shuttle ride around town called "The Galloping Goose", which is very cool. Overall the room was spotless, service was top notch & it was a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.

This is an outstanding place to stay in Mountain Village, outside the town of Telluride. The two bedroom suites are exceptional, with plenty of room, a full kitchen and a nice balcony for relaxing and taking in the beautiful views of the area (especially in early October with the changing Aspen trees!) The service is top notch and every person is attentive to your needs. There is a gym and a restaurant on location and plenty of space to explore. The hotel is also very quiet (at least when we visited), which I found extremely relaxing. I highly recommend this Fairmont if you are in the area.

Best valets ever. Water flow was poor from all faucets. Couch was uncomfortable. All the staff were super nice.
