Es un hotel cómodo y bonito y bien ubicado El desayuno rico y con platillos típicos de Veracruz

Mi habitación daba al comedor y se oía murmullo por la mañana, y la ventana la cubro con la cortina porque veía los comensales y se salía mucho el agua de la ducha

Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, el personal atento, el desayuno es bueno y el restaurante bonito.

En la habitación de al lado habia varias personas socializando y estuvieron haciendo mucho ruido a partir de alrededor de la media noche . A pesar de nuestras denuncias repetidas por teléfono y en persona en recepción no hicieron aplicar el reglamento del hotel. El personal de seguridad no estaba capacitado para manejar la situación, actuaba con timidez, nunca llamaron a la policía como hubiera correspondido si sentían que no podían hacer que pararan. Dejaron continuar la situación hasta que ellos quisieron. Aun a las 6am seguían haciendo ruido. Lo peor de todo es que COMPARTIERON a esas personas NUESTRO NÚMERO DE HABITACIÓN. Lo cual nos hizo sentir en riesgo.

Hotel is efficient, the pool is really nice. Rooms are a bit tight and beds are a bit small but overall stay was ok. Only issue was that we were located on the lobby floor and the room was with a « view » on the breakfast area : noisy in the morning and with people just in front on the window when you wake up. Staff is nice !
