Belconnen Way Hotel & Serviced Apartments

I arrived to find a dirty razor left on top of my shower, the carpet was also really old and dirty. Only one lamp worked the other was broken same for my kettle. Unfortunately I was kept up by people out in the hallway for much of the night too! I left after one night and they've refused to refund the rest of my stay.

Good location. Plenty of parking. Friendly and helpful staff.

The bed was comfortable and only felt safe when all the doors were locked at night.

The hotel is not up to standard, has a kitchenette (including no toaster)not a full kitchen to cook. Can go on and on how unsafe the area surrounding the hotel is and the fact we checked out after one night. Unfortunately the hotel manager is yet to respond to my email, not only that staff members on duty were unable to issue a refund for the remainder nights that we didn't stay. I would never recommend anyone with a family stay at this hotel, unless you want to see the seedy side to Canberra.

Location

A good hotel. The room has a large shower and is well-renovated. But the furniture and paint on the walls are a bit dated.

The hotel itself looks nice, but inside it smells old.
