Nothing

Lift broken Receptionist had no idea of the layout of the property - couldn’t find our room. Once we finally found our room, it was filled with paint cans, ladders and work materials. It clearly should have been offline for maintenance.

The room was nice and clean. Great location and the bed was really comfortable.

The safety latch on the door was broken and there was no shelf in the shower to put toiletries.

"It was somewhere to sleep at the end of the day, but definitely not value for money."

Location was convenient for where we needed, heating worked well- although very dusty units.

It was not clean, grubby marks all over walls, exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work, no ventilation, carpets felt damp on arrival.
