Not much to look at from the outside, but this is clearly a higher-end property. Well designed and spacious rooms. Great breakfast.
Staff was very professional. Breakfast was good. It was very easy to enter and leave the parking area. It was in walking distance of many iconic Siracusa sites.

The people at reception were friendly and helpful and thankfully (for us) spoke great English! Umberto aka Bertie went above and beyond for Jackie and me. We asked him for and he made recommendations and reservations on our behalf for restaurants in Ortigia for both nights we were in Syracuse. And, he called taxis for us, too. very well located and overall a great hotel. pool size was smaller than expected. Nice bar and restaurant areas.
Great hotel. Very near the archaeological park and museum, as well as the catacombs and a supermarket. Excellent breakfast and nice rooftop pool. 20 minute-ish walk to Ortigia.
Everything was positive. One slight drawback for some might be it was a little dated and from the outside a boring building. Everything else compensates.
