Great place. Staff super friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was simple and yummy and all we really needed. The quiche hit the spot for me. I did, however, crave some decadent breakfast since we were away on vacation. But this was still all we needed. (So I could have more drinks and ic cream later!!)

The place itself is really beautiful and spending the night at a Victorian house makes the stay more spectacular

To be honest, nothing really It is excellently located only a few blocks from Washington Street Mall, and also two blocks from the beach. We walked everywhere. There is nothing we didn't like

The staff were very attentive and hospitable. It's a beautiful facility.

TV service is limited to Direct TV,from what we could tell. We. Couldn't get the ballgame we were interested in.

My husband and I both absolutely loved staying at the Wilbraham Mansion! Swimming pool was great and Doug was super friendly as well as everyone else in the place! Even all the guests were pleasant! :) Beach was short walking distance. We're planning to go back already!

Entire building needed fresh paint; baths were beyond dated; tub is not OK for senior individuals and most guests were senior; entire facility needed AC and not window AC; furniture was not in great condition and incredibly dated;
