Ubicación, desayuno, habitación.

Algo que fué incómodo fué que en el área que nos tocó para ingresar al elevador es difícil cuando las maletas son grandes y pesadas porque teníamos que cargarlas para subir una serie de escaleras a la intemperie y no había personal que nos apoyara.

"It’s ok but could be far more comfortable and service-oriented"

The area feels safe and the location is convenient — close to malls and downtown. Parking is easy to find, especially the covered spots. Note that exiting to the main avenue can be a bit tricky with traffic flow.

Reported a bathroom water leak on the first day; five hours later it was still unaddressed. The front desk initially refused to move me to another room until I pushed back. The replacement room had no hot water, requiring yet another maintenance visit. A nightstand bulb was burnt out, and housekeeping skipped our room entirely one day. Breakfast was also disappointing — the area was unclean and most items were gone by 9:30am, despite the included breakfast running until 10am.
