La cama es confortable, el desayuno estuvo bien

Anunciaron Alberca, la tienen sucia, sin mantenimiento, el agua verde y obviamente no permiten entrar, elegimos ese hotel por la alberca, decidimos pagar un poco más por ese servicio, y al llegar ha sido decepcionante que con el calor de Monterrey no poderse dar un chapuzón, basta que pongan cloro y accionen el filtro, es algo básico, no deberían tenerla así, la alberca funciona estaba llena, solo que el agua verde por falta de mantenimiento, lo reporté a la recepción y hasta les dije como limpiarla pero poco les importó, mencionaron que "si regresas recuerdanos el incidente y te haremos un descuento"
