"Decepción total: cobros abusivos y mal servicio"

La peor experiencia. El hotel cobró 5 veces su tarifa normal por temporada alta. Reservé vía Booking y a pesar que daba la opción de cancelar 5 días antes y que cobro se hacía hasta inicio de estancia. El hotel cargó sin mi autorización la mitad a mi tarjeta 5 meses antes. En fin. Lo peor es que me querían cobrar extra por traer un niño de 16 años. En fin. La limpieza mal, instalaciones mal. Tuvimos un tema de seguridad y después de horas de discusión nos cambiaron de cuarto.

NADA! ES UNA ESTAFA NO SE ALOJEN AQUI, NOS QUISIERON COBRAR DOBLE Y TUVIMOS QUE LLAMAR A BOOKING, LA RECEPCIONISTA CON UN TRATO PÉSIMO, HABITACIÓN SUPER RUIDOSA SE ESCUCHABA GENTE HABLANDO TODA LA NOCHE

La recepcionista nos dijo que no teníamos pagado el hotel por lo cual nos quería volver a cobrar, llamamos a booking y nos ayudó a resolverlo, al final la recepcionista saco más pretextos alegando que no le dimos los nombres bien y que por eso no podía ver nuestra reservación, cuando al inicio dijo que si la podía ver pero que no le aparecía pagado. ¡ESTAFA! la habitación super ruidosas, y una persona en alguna habitación de a lado se la paso hablando toda la noche, lo cual no dejó dormir nada.
