I like the location it was close to the port and they provided shuttle

We could not find the room key when it was time to check out, and the older gentleman was soooooo upset and extremely rude. Definitely won’t be staying there again.

Hotel is set up for the transient cruise customer and they deliver on this really well. Room was large and clean, A/C kept us cool, breakfast was acceptable and organised well for the travelling tribes. Hotel shuttle for a few euros was excellent, drivers knew it all and took out any timescale stress seamlessly. You can walk down the hilltop the Pizza place for food if you're hungry. The elevator in the hotel was on a work to rule! it might work, it might not.

Great location to the port for our cruise. Transportation provided from airport for a few and to the port for 5 euro.

Elevator was broken for a while and had to carry luggage down three flights of stairs.
