"Super convenient and easy for cruise ship travellers."

Super clean, simple and easy. Really appreciated the shuttle service run by the hotel to the cruise port. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good.

Super firm beds verging on uncomfortable. The air conditioning was ineffective in cooling the room.

"Good pre-cruise hotel with good value"

Front Desk and check-in was easy, Johnny was so friendly, happy, and helpful. He must work 24/7. We would always see him there. We had room 106, it was very clean, mostly quiet, occasional water running but not anything excessive. The rooms were basic, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean. This appears to be like an efficiency unit. You could stay longer. Shower water was hot with good pressure. Included breakfast was very good. Eggs were real and baked goods fresh. The coffee was good.

The location is a little off the beaten path, but for the value, it was not a deal breaker for us.

"I would stay again."

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. Typical traditional Italian hotel. Air conditioner worked well. Had a nice bathroom with a shower. The bed was too firm for my liking.the breakfast was nice. There was cereals, yogurt, pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon and weiners. An automatic coffe machine had a large selection of drinks. It was available all day. They had a shuttle from airport and to cruise ship. There was a reasonable fee. Thats a plus!

Very hard bed. The nite front desk clerk told me not to bring my coffe cup to my room. He wanted me to use a tiny paper cup that wouldn't hold my cup of coffee. He said they did not have enough cups for me to take a cup upstairs.

"Nice Hotel"

Quaint small hotel (~28 rooms). Excellent service from the front desk check in to free breakfast buffet. Coffee always available. Free shuttle to a "sister" restaurant (wonderful food). Nice room with nice size bathroom. Free wifi. Shops short walk.
